More and more often, my remote students send me recordings of their training. It’s very joyful to watch how, with the help of my video lessons, student swimmers of any age soon progress - they swim more and more technically, beautifully, and quickly!

But! Regardless of age, many people make the same mistake - a stroke “like Raisa Zakharovna” (remember the movie “Love and Doves”?))

In this video I ask a riddle: I show 2 strokes - correct and incorrect. Try to determine which is which? When I say this to my students in the pool, everyone, without exception, answers correctly. That is, they perfectly recognize incorrect movements!

Why? It’s just that what’s wrong is always not particularly beautiful, and most importantly, it’s ineffective, it doesn’t allow you to glide quickly and easily, or breathe freely.

What is the difference between “Raisa Zakharovna’s stroke” and the correct one?

Making the wrong stroke, like the heroine of Menshov’s comedy, we move our elbows back - as if we were stroking some water. In addition, we rely on the water to keep our heads held high.

Should they? They must push off from the water, “pull themselves up” in it in order to move forward with maximum acceleration!

Most beginner breaststroke swimmers make this mistake even when they put their head in the water and their body is in the correct position.

What to do?

How to swim breaststroke - A technique that will help correct a stroke error.

This technique will help correct the stroke of those who have already more or less mastered the breaststroke technique.

Do you accept initial position“arrow”, arms extended forward shoulder-width apart.

While holding your breath, do a stroke, bending only your forearms down - as if you were pulling yourself up (pull-up phase in breaststroke), while your elbows remain on top and sides, they do not move back!

Then - push with your feet and throw your arms forward.

At first you do the exercise only while holding your breath. When you need to breathe, stand on your feet and breathe.

When the exercise becomes successful, you need to inhale while performing it. You do as much as you can while holding the complex “pull yourself up - push with your legs - throw your arms out”, and when you need to inhale, raise your head during a full stroke (my special lesson is dedicated to this moment), inhale and work further.

You need to devote a couple of training sessions to this exercise. Once the movement becomes automatic, your swimming arms will work efficiently and beautifully!

My dear students!

I have a service in which I will fly to the place where you live and conduct training with you, your family members or friends.

Each 45-minute workout starts at $50 (60 minutes: $70). Plus the rider.

I arrive for at least 10 days, because it is during this time that significant results can be achieved. provided that training will be every day! Ideally - morning and evening!!

As part of my workday, I conduct one of the following training options:

1) Maximum of 8 personal trainings of 45 minutes each - with each individual student (children aged 1.5-3 years - training maximum of 25 minutes)

2) 6 workouts – one hour each

3) 1-2 workouts per day

4) I don’t train at all if you are suddenly lazy, have holidays or are not in the mood to train. BUT!! The total minimum amount of payment for all my training for 10 days is not reduced! It is 4000 dollars. Attention! The amount is $4,000, provided that all training is personal! With one student!!

As you add more students to the group, the price for each training session increases.

If training with two students at the same time, then the price is $70 for a 45-minute training session, if with three – $90, if with four – $110.

Total – at least 10 days of training. Within one training session there can be from one to 4 students. No more!

But as you add more students to the group, the price for each training session increases. See example below:

4 students – 10 personal training sessions, 1 hour each. The price for 10 training sessions for each student is $700. For 4 students – $2800

10 group training 45 minutes with 3 students. The total price for 10 such workouts is $900.

10 workouts of 25 minutes with a child aged 3 years. Price for 10 workouts – $500

10 workouts of 45 minutes with a child aged 8 years. Price for 10 workouts is 500 dollars.

Total: Total amount to be paid 2800+900+500+500= 4700 dollars.

I check my schedule and answer when I can fly to you. At the same time, I immediately write how much it will cost.

If my conditions suit you, you will have to pay immediately:

Return plane tickets;

Taxi or personal driver to and from the airport;

Accommodation in a hotel with a room price not less than $50;

Payment for my visits to the pool, as well as for visits to all the students I will train;

Payment for my movements around the city (taxi or personal driver);

Pay 60% of the cost of all my training for 10 days.

Example:

The students live in Moscow. Order training. The time, dates, number of students and the detailed amount of payment for the rider and the total price for my training have been agreed upon. The customer pays immediately:

Round-trip plane tickets – about 100 thousand rubles

Taxi from Hua Hin (where I live) to Bangkok and back – 8 thousand rubles

Hotel – 500 dollars.

My visit to the pool and approval of my stay there as a trainer - (from zero to 5-20 thousand rubles, as you organize)

Transport from the airport to the hotel and back - on the day of departure. Transport from the hotel to the pool and back (from zero to 20-30 thousand rubles, as you organize)

60% of the cost of all my training for 10 days - $2820.

The remaining 40% of my payment is $1,880 - The customer pays immediately as soon as I conduct a series of training sessions with students and our money balance becomes zero.

Total: Training – $4,700. Rider – about $3,000. $7,700 is the total amount of the Customer’s expenses.

If the training will take place on the territory of the country for which I need to obtain a visa, then the Customer pays all costs associated with obtaining it in the amount of 100% before my departure to the training location.

All expenses are agreed upon and approved in more detail in preliminary correspondence.

There is a second option for personal training: If you are planning your holiday in Thailand and flying to Pattaya, Phuket, Samui, Hua Hin, or any other point in Thailand, I can conduct training with you personally. Of course, we must agree in advance on all training dates, their schedule and all other conditions
