Just an hour's drive north of Moscow in the Dmitrovsky district, not far from ski resort Sarochany, there is an active recreation center X-Land. We are primarily interested in paid fishing in the Moscow region, although in addition to this, the park can boast of an insane number of options for useful recreation, which we will talk about later.

There are several bodies of water on the territory, of which we are interested in two of them.

The first reservoir (see diagram) is not very large, but the most beloved by anglers, the so-called trout pond. It has an area of ​​1.2 hectares and a depth of up to 2.5 meters. Works all year round with a break for complete draining and cleaning. The main fish in the pond is, of course, the cold-loving beauty trout. Due to the fact that the pond is fed by an artesian well, the water is always fresh and cold, and constantly working aerators are responsible for the high oxygen content in the reservoir. Trout is a very demanding fish when it comes to keeping conditions, and here the freckled trout feels great. The fish has excellent taste and at the time of writing (December) 9 out of 10 fish are caught with caviar, which cannot but please fishermen and their families.

The trout pond is fished with a wide variety of gear. By open water Here you can see both beautiful spinning fishermen, who seem to have stepped out of the pages of bourgeois fishing magazines, in branded colorful suits, as well as modest lovers of feeder and float fishing and shrimp. By the way, the latter often catch much more than spinners. Winter paid fishing - as a rule, fishermen combine fishing with active gear - spinners, and nymphs with passive ones - girders, baitfish.

It is also worth noting that there is always about a ton of trout in the pond, which is a very high concentration of fish. This number of trout in the reservoir is maintained by constant daily launches. On weekends, when there are a large number of fishermen, there are 2-3 such launches per day. This means that the administration makes sure that not a single fisherman leaves without a fish!

Tariffs at the trout pond:

1. 300 rubles entry (ticket) and payment per kg. at the rate of 450r/kg.
2. 1500 rubles - this amount includes a ticket and 3 kg of trout.
3. 2500 rubles - includes a voucher and 6 kg of fish.
4. PO tariff (catch and release) - 1500 rub. This tariff is available only to fishermen who meet the administration’s criteria - fishing only with spinning rods, barbless hooks on all baits, silicone landing nets. You can take one fish. Damaged fish are purchased at the current price per kg.

The second pond is large.

This reservoir is really relatively large (see diagram). Its area is more than 2 hectares, and its depth reaches 3 meters.

Big is the realm of “unlimited”. This tariff has become popular thanks to such well-known payers in the Moscow region as KRH Krasnogorsk, Laguna, Savelyevo, Three Peskarya and others. “Unlimited” means that you pay a one-time amount, which is usually 1800-2500 rubles, and take all the fish you catch home. Ten, twenty, thirty kilograms - it doesn’t matter, i.e. fishing without a catch limit! Everything is yours! Price for fishing on a large body of water in X-Land park 1400 rubles - weekdays and 1900 rubles on weekends and holidays. There is a half-rate weekend rate for those who like to sleep - from 13.00 to 18.00 - 1500 rubles. This amount does not include only carp, which is paid additionally according to the price list of the reservoir.

The large reservoir is rich in species. In the summer, carp, carp, silver carp and, of course, the ubiquitous crucian carp, perch and pike will not let the fisherman sitting on a comfortable bridge get bored.

In winter, the main fish that anglers catch on the large pond is trout, a lover of ice water. This is where there is plenty of space for a large number of trout stations and girders with bright guardhouses and flags. We must remember that the number of gear per trip is limited and therefore, in order to avoid misunderstandings, check the current rules when purchasing a tour. There are also plenty of active fishermen on the big one - those who like to wander around the expanses of the pond with a drill and look for active fish.

The large pond is decorated with graceful swans who are not averse to eating white bread;)

You can drive to the fishing spot by car, where there is a huge free parking lot (see diagram, No. 3).

On the ponds there is rental of gear, landing nets and cages. There is a fish cleaning and smoking service. Also, if desired, your caught fish can be cooked in the main restaurant of the X-Land park.

A little about the park itself.

If we simply say that the park’s infrastructure is rich, it will be wrong. She's the richest! There is everything for active recreation - paintball, bicycles, football, volleyball, ATVs, a sauna complex, bowling and even a mini-zoo with friendly deer, llamas and other beautiful animals.

The special pride of the park is the stables with a large number of various horses from draft horses to racing horses. It is possible to take horse riding lessons.

Is one day not enough for you to realize all your ideas? No problem! On site there is the possibility of accommodation in rooms and cottages of the most different levels and even for the largest families. Do you want to have a snack or a full meal? No problem again! There is a restaurant for park guests.

It should be added that this entire palette of entertainment is located on a huge, well-kept area.

Who can I recommend summer and winter paid fishing in the Moscow region in the X-Land park? Absolutely any fisherman, in any composition. Athletes who promote the catch-and-release principle, ordinary fishermen who come for one day, as well as families with children who can rent luxuriously heated houses or rooms, stay overnight in the park and spend their holiday in a very varied way.

You are driving along Dmitrovskoye Highway. After you pass the town of Iksha there will be a turn to Podosinki, which is approximately 35 km from the Moscow Ring Road. You drive over the Moscow Canal and, without entering the village itself, take the first left. There is not much left, only 10 km. Next there will be a rather winding, beautiful two-lane road and when entering the village of Ilyinskoye you need to turn right at the “X-Land Park” sign. After 500 meters on the left side of the road there will be the main entrance to the park.

I'll tell you about how we spent the weekend in the Moscow region! To the park X-land we were invited to a banquet. This wonderful place is only 53 km away. from Moscow along Dmitrovskoye Highway.

The park itself is a large area with a checkpoint, the terrain is flat, there are several ponds, large lawns, a little forest, tents for banquets, a restaurant, cottages of varying capacity and level of comfort, a restaurant, gazebos, a children's playground, a fountain, a newlyweds' alley ( where spouses can plant their first tree), outbuildings, and a mini-zoo.

I would like to note the cleanliness and well-groomed nature of the park. No overgrown areas, weeds or weeds. The lawns are modest but neat. All paths are paved.

Banquet tents are quite large (they could comfortably accommodate 300 people), located at a considerable distance from each other for greater comfort of guests, and are not tents as such; rather, they are a frame building with a roof, decorated from the inside with fabric. The cuisine is decent, the service is unobtrusive. Everything is as it should be.

Each cottage has its own lawn, parking for 2-3 cars, a high barbecue, and lanterns. Inside there are sleeping places, a combined bathroom (shower), linen, towels. The houses are supplied with gas and have a boiler, so you can stay here overnight even in winter.

The gazebos are located near the water, where you can admire the swans.

I couldn't pass by the zoo. You can feed its inhabitants by purchasing vegetable bags in advance from the restaurant. Large animals are kept in large pens. Let's look at the photo:

The place itself is wonderful, clean air, beautiful nature, a petting zoo, a private stable where you can admire beautiful animals, a couple of beautiful swans on the lake that you can feed, a little further from the guest houses there is a paintball complex "Patriot". Friends there ordered a quest for our children, they were delighted. Unlike undemanding children who will be happy with everything and will not pay attention to little things, adults have something to complain about. Friends rented a house for a large group for the weekend, the number of beds was indicated in advance, as a result, my husband slept in a part of the friends’ house in the “supposed” position on the sofa, because in our part there was only a double bed, which my daughter and I occupied. The room has everything you need for a short stay, I wasA kettle and a refrigerator are important. The bed is quite decent, the mattress is good, the linen is fresh and new. The furniture, walls, ceiling are a little tattered, and are already asking for cosmetic repairs. A significant minus was the gas equipment in the room's lobby, there was a slight smell, but the warm radiator in the room was more "getting" when it was hot outside. I had to turn off the gas water heater or whatever it is correctly called at night. You can’t really open the windows either, the houses are quite close to each other, and if you’re not lucky like our neighbors, you’ll be listening to singing, drunken screams and neighing until dawn. Friends had a super staircase to the second floor, this is the first time I’ve seen such a miracle of architectural and design thought, it’s a pity I didn’t take a photo, it’s almost vertical and there’s a step for each leg :)) The iron-smelling water didn’t bother us, we didn’t drink it or cook it on it, for this purpose it was bottled. Breakfast. We were given a ticket for a one-time visit to the restaurant, where a buffet awaited us. Porridge, boiled eggs, omelet, pancakes, cheese and ham, jam, butter, bread, milk. Bagged tea, coffee, thermopot with boiling water. More than modest. It will do for once. The pancakes are not bad, but this dish, in my opinion, is difficult to ruin. There were few seats in the restaurant, everything was busy, we had breakfast on the balcony, where there were also tables. In general, contradictory impressions. We have something to compare with; there are better places, including in the Dmitrovsky district. Here, five points for nature and 3 for service. In addition, friends had some kind of conflict with unfulfilled promises from the administration regarding the child’s birthday. The question is a small amount, but that’s not the point. In a place where guests are welcome and want to make their vacation unforgettable, such situations are difficult to imagine. The owners and staff have a lot to work on.…
