Sport opens up a lot of useful and interesting things. I discovered a sport for myself - a karate section, in which I have been practicing since I was 5 years old. I really like this sport. Karate is a path that many follow throughout their lives, tempering their body, strengthening their spirit, discovering more and more new abilities in themselves and pushing the boundaries of their capabilities.

Sport and health.
Physical health is the natural state of the body, due to the normal functioning of all its organs and systems. If all organs and systems work well, then the entire human body (a self-regulating system) functions and develops correctly.
Physical exercise should be standardized taking into account age characteristics. A person is the creator of his own health, for which he must fight.

Slide 12

Morning work-out
After the word “awakening” comes: “morning exercises” or “exercises”. And this is no coincidence. When we wake up, we are in a sleepy, lethargic state. This is because all body functions are inhibited. The transition to a cheerful state is given physical exercise. Morning exercises are physical exercises performed in the morning after sleep and contribute to an accelerated transition of the body to a vigorous, working state. Morning exercises effectively eliminate the effects of sleep such as swelling, lethargy, drowsiness and others. It increases tone nervous system, enhances the functioning of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, endocrine glands. Solving these problems allows you to smoothly and at the same time quickly increase your mental and physical performance body

My first competition was participation in the Cyclist's Day. B. Samoilova. I received the first certificate - “The youngest participant” - I was 2 years old. We take part in Cyclist Day every year, me and my sister. She took 1st place in her age group, and I still have everything ahead, because “The main thing is not victory, but participation” (Pierre de Coubertin)

School of martial arts "RAKAR-DO" At the school we study karate, jiu-jitsu, sports combat sambo And hand-to-hand combat Here I am still 4 years old Of all types of martial arts, the most difficult is the fight with oneself. Wrestling is not only the plexus of hands, not only the play of muscles. Struggle is always about overcoming yourself as you were yesterday. What will you become tomorrow? There is no end to victories in Sports. How can there be no anger and passion and a real Fighter!!!

In the summer it's roller skating... Roller skating is one of the most popular ways to spend active time for modern youth. Today, most of the parks, squares and other remarkable places are occupied, as a rule, by rollerbladers. This is not surprising, because such sites have natural obstacles, which means they are ideal for experienced athletes. In addition, here you can easily find new friends and like-minded people.

Both at home and on the street, my dad and I do gymnastics. Now I have a sports corner at home, and previously its function was performed by my dad. “Gymnastics, physical exercise, and walking should be firmly integrated into the daily life of everyone who wants to maintain efficiency, health, a full and joyful life "(Hippocrates) Mom doesn't lag behind either - Work out on the exercise machines

But the most interesting thing is FOOTBALL!!! That's how it all began. UEFA Cup. I'll be like Kerzhakov! “Football is not only a sport, but also brotherly friendship.” Some people believe that football is a matter of life and death. They are wrong: football is much more important. Bill Shankly

The great writer, until a very old age, systematically practiced gymnastics and horse riding, and used walks and physical labor in the air as a means of maintaining efficiency. Already in his old age, he took walks not only on foot, but also on a bicycle, and was very fond of tennis and Russian folk games.
  • A.P. Chekhov also highly valued the role physical development, health in people's lives. Chekhov was one of the founders of the Moscow Gymnastics Society, which laid the foundation for organized gymnastics in Russia. I visited and observed the training of athletes, about whom he prophetically said: “These are the people of the future. And the time will come when everyone will be so strong. This is the happiness of the country."
