Sports games, competitions, children's, mass, creative, Olympiads, at school, sports family. Competitions for fun starts Sports-themed competitions for children

Here you will find the most popular and common sport games for adults, as well as their detailed description. To do this, go to the appropriate pages:

Currently there are a large number game types sports in which adults can participate. Unfortunately, even children in the age of computer technology cannot be forced to do anything more active than virtual battles. The same misfortune befell adults - many quite serious citizens prefer to conquer castles and lands in an online toy active recreation. A good replacement for such games can be found on the website in the section.

Or perhaps they simply do not know about the beneficial effects on the body and quality of life that sports can have. Of course, few people like tedious exercises, so sports games for adults remain the best option for keeping the body in good shape.

Sports fun for adults with a ball

Physical education activities with a ball are widespread.

Such games include:

  1. Everyone's favorite football, which can be played by men and women.
  2. Basketball, where tall people are especially valued.
  3. Tennis, etc.

Everyone can choose their own ball game to suit their taste. The easiest way to organize Soccer game, it only requires players, a ball and a suitable field, and the goals can be improvised. This game will teach you how to run fast, instantly react to your opponents’ movements, calculate the strength and accuracy of a strike, and most importantly, how to work as a team, trusting each other, communicating, and interacting. The latter qualities are perhaps more important sporting success, because you can get much more pleasure from a coordinated game together than from sitting in a bar.

Sports games for adults play an important role in physical and emotional health:

  1. The work of various muscle groups perfectly trains the body and stimulates blood circulation.
  2. Improved blood circulation in turn improves mood and improves well-being. And what joy every goal scored brings!

If football is still closer to the male half of humanity, then girls can warm up and improve their health by playing tennis or. The most important thing here is coordination, which, however, develops in the process.

Weight-conscious ladies will rejoice at the number of calories burned when intense jumping and hitting with a racket. And some girlfriends will even have time to discuss pressing problems while the shuttlecock is flying. In the warm season, it doesn’t cost anything to find a playground in nature, then the invigorating influence of fresh air will also be added to the entertainment and training aspect.

Sports relay races for active recreation enthusiasts

Nothing invigorates like the spirit of competition, and it is present in abundance in sports relay races. Proving your superiority in agility, strength, jumping ability or endurance is sometimes more enjoyable than a simple football victory.

All members of the winning team experience an unprecedented emotional uplift, which has a good effect on the relationship between them. It is not without reason that some companies introduce the practice of so-called team building, trying to achieve team cohesion.

Frivolous “fun starts” will give a lot of adrenaline and pleasant impressions to both the company of old friends and a group of co-workers. For lovers of such entertainment, you can choose a lot of interesting options:

  1. Funny competitions that require you to rip off an attached ball or scarf from the participants of the “enemy” team.
  2. There may be a traditional tug-of-war, which usually ends in a pile of mala.
  3. Players with good physical training, you will more like speed races and distances with obstacles, where you have to tumble, do push-ups and jump over traps on the way to the finish line.

In any case, such physical education will bring both joy and tone to the participants.

Extreme sports entertainment for adults

Amateurs at all thrills will definitely choose extreme sports games for adults. This is understandable - such an amount of adrenaline can only be achieved through direct injection. Extreme entertainment Young people practice it more often, but there are also fans of this sport among the older generation.

City games of varying degrees of difficulty stand out as a separate area. They have a certain scenario, a whole staff of employees and presenters, maps, inventory, artifacts that need to be captured or found. Such games can take place during the day or at night, on the surface or even underground, in abandoned sewers.

Participants receive a task in advance and set off on an adventure. The most important thing here is erudition and dexterity, as well as good reaction and readiness to run, jump, climb over walls, running away from the enemy.

Speaking about the city and extreme sports, it is impossible not to mention the famous parkour, aimed at developing a special attitude towards your body and its capabilities. The main activity of a tracer (as those who practice parkour are called) is searching for a road where there is none:

  • Roofs.
  • Fences.
  • Closed areas.
  • Trees.
  • Landings.

Of course, such an amazing sport requires training and remarkable strength, but it also gives a lot. This is both a quick move around the city, a good workout, and a significant adrenaline rush.

The effect on citizens sitting too long in the office is no less exciting:

  1. Airsoft.

It’s difficult to say which physical entertainment is better, but the principle is the same everywhere: you need to shoot the enemy team with in-game weapons. It’s a game because it doesn’t hurt or kill, but you can easily get hit in the eye with paint or a plastic ball, so participants prefer to wear safety glasses and a special suit.

Those who like to tickle their nerves will be completely satisfied with these competitions, because what could be more dangerous than being suddenly “shot” from around the corner by a disguised “enemy”. More details about various types dangerous entertainment can be found here “Extreme Games”.

In general, whatever the competition, there is no doubt about its positive impact on the life of an adult, whose activities can very often be associated with sitting position. But it’s even more interesting when sport turns into an exciting game.

A description of a variety of games for adults and children can be found here “”, where leisure options for adults are described in a separate category “”.

You can easily find any game or page on our resource. To do this, you need to use it - it is very convenient and understandable.

Over the past ten years, a healthy lifestyle has become not just a fashion trend, but truly a way of life for millions of people of all ages. A sports party for a birthday, corporate event, or just as a way to get friends together is a great way to relax not only fun, but also usefully.

Place

Of course, fresh air and an area equipped with horizontal bars in a picturesque park - the best option within this topic. Or a country house with a spacious yard, gazebo, and play area. Hang up the garlands, set up a picnic area, put out a trash container - you're done!

Is the weather not conducive to outdoor recreation? Party in sports club or the hall will be no less emotional. You will have to spend a little more time on the design, but there is plenty of space for competitions. Plus all the amenities are at hand, which is important for both children and adults.

And even organized at home A sports party will certainly leave a lasting impression if you pay close attention to the scenario. Yes, it won’t be possible to organize serious competitions in a cramped space, but is it necessary? After all, this is a holiday, not the Olympic Games!

If the meeting takes place in a club or at home, remove everything unnecessary, clear the “field” for games, and decide on a dining area. When there is not too much space, it is better to place the table in another room, and only drinks and light snacks in the entertainment room. Or you can bring in treats after the game portion of the scenario.

Decor

Even a children's sports party will resemble school physics classes if you don't decorate the space in any way. But clutter doesn’t fit too well into the theme, stick to the golden mean - enough for a festive atmosphere, but nothing prevents you from running and jumping.

  • skittles, bats, helmets, gloves and any Sports Equipment . The real one can be laid out on shelves and on the floor, the cardboard fake one can be hung on the walls, small pictures can be collected into garlands. To decorate some attributes, copy the autographs of champions;
  • photos of athletes in moments of triumph and dynamic, in the game. With humor - instead of real ones, using FS, substitute the faces of friends receiving cups, climbing on a pedestal, fighting off fans;
  • posters with thematic slogans, mottos. Much on this topic can be gleaned from the printed heritage of the USSR;

  • hang a banner at the entrance sporty style– if it’s a birthday party, then with congratulations, if the occasion is different – “Physical education, hello!”, “Faster, higher, stronger!”, “We are the pulse of the planet, the fire of victory burns in us!” and so on. With the help of FS, you can make a word from pictures - letters inside T-shirts, gates, or held by athletes;
  • cheerleader pom-poms – bright, voluminous decor that doesn’t require any expenses. They are easy to make from corrugated paper or multi-colored bags cut into ribbons;

  • glue on Balloons pictures or paint them using a stencil. Buy foil balloons shaped/with a picture to match the theme;
  • In addition to paper “inventory”, sneakers and T-shirts, Olympic rings, club emblems, multi-colored flags, red and yellow “penalty cards” are perfect for garlands. Of course, also paper ones - print or draw;
  • if the themed sports party is dedicated to the girl, use flowers in the decoration. Instead of vases/baskets, bouquets in sneakers, helmets, and cups will look atmospheric. Flowers can be made from paper on which the texture of the playing field, soccer or basketball ball, or shape is printed.

If the “hodgepodge” team is not your thing, stick to one sport, using the appropriate attributes in the design. This option is ideal when the hero of the occasion is an athlete himself or a fan of basketball, football, etc.

Organize a photo zone - a pedestal of boxes (glue 1-2-3 places, hang serpentine and garlands), a poster with a view of the field and a crowd of enthusiastic fans is ideal as a photo. Here you can not only take funny pictures, but also present awards upon completion of the scenario. Accessories for photos: huge cardboard weights, barbells, cups.

Invitations

If you don’t have time for creative delights, print out a thematic picture and glue it onto a thick base (blanks in the scrapbooking department). Or in FS, put together a bright flyer from a bunch of associative images - modern, on a friendly note.

It’s easy to make an original invitation to a party in a sports style with your own hands:

  • Bend the long rectangle on both sides to make a vest card. Print on front side fans' stand, court or field, text inside;
  • stick the invitation on the label of the water bottle, sign “Start date, time”;

  • fake ticket for a match, personalized invitation to the 30th (age) All-Russian competitions, sports games, Olympics;
  • write the text in the center of the postcard - bat, helmet, sneaker.

Suits

The level of the event partly dictates the choice of clothing. If this is a children's sports party at home, you can limit yourself to accessories prepared in advance for guests - neckerchiefs, badges or armbands with team symbols. This option is also suitable for the format sport family(family teams).

Headbands, etc. are easy to make with your own hands: stencil and acrylic, appliques, print on self-adhesive film. There are many similar MKs on the Internet that fit into the most modest budget.

Another easy solution for guests is T-shirts of a certain color plus any bottom. The main thing is that clothes do not hinder movement, because the scenario of a sports party involves active competitions. The T-shirt is also easy to “modernize” into a holiday theme using the same stickers/designs.

For a meeting at a club, an elegant suit or a dress in a sporty style is more suitable - comfortable, fashionable and bright. You can wear closed underwear under the dress, and it is advisable to do without heels. A playful look – leg warmers, wristbands, bow braids. Original - a costume for a cheerleader, a judge, a fan, or even a soccer ball!

Menu, serving

It is better to exclude ketchup, mayonnaise, chips, fatty/fried foods and other harmful foods from the menu. Otherwise, at a themed sports party for children and adults, any food is appropriate. Of course, healthy food is a priority - salads from fresh vegetables and fruits, milkshakes, freshly squeezed juices.

Serving: green tablecloth “lawn”, drawings on dishes (you can buy a stylized paper set), pictures on toothpicks for decorating dishes, figurines of athletes, miniature equipment (for example, from kinders and other toys).

Alcohol at a party for adults, regardless of the theme, is rather necessary. Of course, at the discretion of the organizer, but it is better to give preference to light drinks - beer, wine, low-alcohol cocktails. And be sure to supply regular water, it’s more convenient in 0.5 liter bottles.

Desserts are also as usual - muffins, biscuits, cookies, ice cream, fruit. Some sweets can be decorated with icing and mastic - draw a ball, bat, etc.. The forms are very simple, no special skills are required. Print themed cones, skirts, dessert boxes, decorate jars and other transparent containers.

Entertainment

There are a lot of entertainment options in nature, from team races and relay races to overcoming obstacle courses, archery and pneumatic shooting, strength competitions, etc. Dodgeball, basketball and other ball games will not let guests get bored even after the main part of the scenario. The main thing is to prepare the required number of props, and fresh air and a festive mood will do the rest for the presenter!

Coming up with a scenario for an indoor sports party is somewhat more difficult - many competitions are not possible due to limited space. In this case, it is better to focus on the word “party” and simplify the sport to active games.

If you plan to compete, fight for first place, etc., come up with additional nominations so that there are no losers at your holiday. For awards, prepare cups and/or medals - you can buy them, but it’s much cheaper to make them yourself. There is MK online - made from bottles, cardboard and other improvised materials, coated with gold spray paint.

Glue gold cups or stars onto the board to record your earned points, it will look atmospheric. At the start, ask to choose captains, voice the name and your physical education greetings to your opponents, chant or motto. Do a little warm-up - dance of champions (let them fantasize) or do exercises to the tune of a funny children's song.

The sports competitions described below are suitable for parties both at home and outdoors. You can play together, everyone for themselves, or without any competitive moment at all - just fool around.

Relay races (number of “tracks” = number of teams or timed)

  • on a gymnastic ball with ear holders, ride to the finish line, take the flag, jump to the start, pass the props to the next one;

  • overcome the “track”, standing with their backs to each other, clasping their arms bent at the elbows. The next pair from the team starts when the previous one finished;
  • postpone tennis balls from one basket to another. The ball is on the racket, hold the racket above your head. When you get there, pass the details down the chain;
  • jump in a figure eight in a bag, going around chairs and jumping backwards. Take turns, one after another;

  • also a “queue” - jump with a ball clamped between your legs, stepping only into the rings: cut out of cardboard, brightly colored, scattered on the floor in a “path”.

With humor (a moment of rest)

  • draw or show with gestures everything related to the topic (cards, random selection). Prepare interesting problems - water polo, knockout, penalty kick, etc.

  • traditional team joke - the general formation with tied feet limp to the finish line (time it if the party is indoors);
  • stick in with eyes closed famous place protective shell (drawing on whatman paper).

Mental stress: quiz with multiple-choice answers in a sports style, make up a word (anything on the topic) from letters on cards before your opponents, puzzles.

Dexterity, coordination

  • walk the path while simultaneously spinning a gymnastics hoop and hitting a ball with a racket (difficult and very funny);
  • “transport” the sandbags (stand in a chain) to the finish line, throwing them to each other in cups;
  • two triangles opposite each other (the greater the distance, the larger the figures), divided into three sectors - the near and far sectors of 10 points each, the middle 20. Teams/players at their “gates”. The goal is to roll the ball so that it stops in a triangle (one at a time).

Shapes can be drawn on the ground with a stick, on the floor with chalk, or marked on the floor/table with electrical tape. The game continues until one of the teams scores a given number of points (for example, if it’s 5 on 5, then the win is a score of 100 points).

Accuracy

  • cardboard rings for skittles, water bottles, cones(far target – max. number of points);
  • shield with holes of different diameters(the less, the more points per hit);

  • sandbags in baskets different sizes standing at different distances from the starting line;
  • hang a weight on a rope/bar with an elastic band, place a pyramid of cans or skittles at the bottom. The goal is to shoot down as many targets as possible by pulling the rubber band to the marked line (to be fair, otherwise they will stand next to each other and shoot into the pyramid from the spot).

For men at a sports party, competitions that require physical effort are appropriate. For example, arrange a mini-tournament in arm wrestling, tug of war, push-ups, hold dumbbells on outstretched arms (whoever holds the longest). Although girls can also take part, competing with each other.

Prizes: for girls - bright leg warmers or headbands, sports-style accessories, for everyone - wristbands or bracelets, themed souvenirs, sports bottles.

Relay No. 2.

3 hoops lie on the floor at an equal distance from each team. The first participant receives three pins and, on command, carries them, placing one pin in each of the hoops, runs around the stand and passes the baton to the next participant by touching his hand. The next participant collects pins from the hoops, runs around the counter and passes the pins to the third participant. The third participant places the pins again. The team that finishes the relay first wins.

Relay No. 3.

Each team has two soft rugs. With the help of which teachers need to move to the other end of the hall. Run back.

Relay No. 4.

Each of the two teams is given a plastic cup filled to the top with water. At a distance of 5 meters from each team, make a mark (place a flag, draw a line). The team with the most water left in the glass wins.

Relay No. 5

If one player falls, the entire team returns to the starting point or receives a penalty point.

This concludes our competition.

While the jury is summing up the results, I ask the teams to untie their legs and remove the ropes.

Dear teachers, you competed well today, and your fans cheered for you very well, and this undoubtedly gave you strength. Let's turn and greet our fans and all together, in unison, tell them “Thank you!”

Rewarding.

Our competition has come to an end, but no matter what the results are, we will assume that “Friendship!” has won today.

We hope that those who are friends with sports, physical education, humor and know how to laugh will take part in our competitions.
Every competition has rules, and ours has the same rules. A strict jury will now introduce them to you.
Main judge:(reads out the rules of the competition)

1. We play not for the sake of self-interest, but for the sake of pleasure - ours and others.
2. We play fairly. It's a shame when you lose, but still don't cheat and don't get angry.
3. Be persistent: do not be discouraged when you fail and do not gloat.
4. If you win, be happy, but don’t be arrogant!
5. Don’t reproach your partner for mistakes; try to correct the problem with your successes.
6. Stay calm no matter the outcome of the game.
Leading:
Now we are waiting for a response from the competition participants. The team captains read out the solemn oath.
Solemn oath.
On behalf of all participants in the competition, we solemnly swear:
participate in these competitions, observing the rules by which they are held and respecting an obviously weak opponent;
we swear to run only in the direction indicated by the judge - a step to the left, a step to the right is considered an attempt to escape;
we swear to move only on those limbs that the rules allow;
we swear to abide by the Olympic motto: Faster, higher, stronger,” which means: don’t run faster than the wind, don’t jump higher than the roof, don’t hit the judge harder than your opponent;
We swear not to trip up our opponents, not to finish off those who have fallen;
We swear not to shout louder than our opponents, not to throw sneakers at them;
We swear to compete in a true sportsmanlike spirit for the glory of the sport, for the honor of our team;
We swear not to fight over the first prize, but to win at any cost!
I SWEAR! I SWEAR! I SWEAR!
Leading:
So, I declare the competition open! And in honor of the opening of the competition, the first competition:
"FIREWORKS"

The jury announces the results.
Leading:
I'll take the ball in my hands
And I’ll press him to you.
You hold him tighter
Let's run faster together!
Our next competition is called
"MOVE THE BALL"

Leading:

Everyone goes around this place
The earth seems cramped here.
There are sedges, hummocks, mosses...
No leg support.
"SWAMP"

Teams line up in opposing columns (boys opposite girls). At the distance there are small gymnastic hoops (according to the number of participants on one side). The guide also has a hoop in his hands. At the command of the leader, the young men must take one “bump” at a time, and use a free hoop to pave the way forward, moving along the “bumps”. Participants are not allowed to go beyond the hoop. The girls begin to perform the same task only after the last young man has been transported. The last girl will have to collect all the empty hoops. When the last participant with hoops crosses the finish line, the task will be considered completed.

Our Olympians overcame the swamp and ended up in an open body of water.
Lasta, I'll take the mask
And I will dive into the water.
I'll swim once, twice,
I'll dive in with my head!
This is what the next competition is called
"SWIMMING"

Teams line up for the counter relay race. The leader of each team has a fin on one leg and swimming goggles on his eyes. You need to overcome the distance and pass on the swimming attributes to the next participant. Victory is awarded to the team that completes the task faster.

Everything works out in sports for our future Olympians. Now let's see how well they can draw. The next competition is called
"OLYMPIC EMBLEM"

There is a Whatman paper hanging on the wall opposite each team. The guides have a felt-tip pen in their hands. The team must “split” the bishop into 10 parts. Each participant draws only one part of the elephant, returns to the team and passes the marker to the next participant. (Torso, head, trunk, ears, eyes, mouth, tusks, tail, front legs, hind legs.) The team that draws the elephant the fastest wins.
Leading:
This is what I understand - an emblem! Our teams completed the task better than any artists. Let's now listen to the preliminary results of the competitions.

Leading:
Our athletes are great, they are not only fast, agile, friendly, not only can they draw, but they are also very strong!!! We still have a very important competition ahead, which will require all your strength and perseverance, and to lift your spirit we will hold
a fun competition called
"MERRY FIREWORKS"

Participants line up in a column one at a time. Everyone has an inflatable ball in their hands. There is a chair opposite each team at the turntable. The participant must run to a chair and sit on the ball so that it bursts, but without using his hands. Return to your team and pass the baton to the next one. The team that completes the task first wins.
