EXPLANATORY NOTE

Where there is no room for the manifestation of abilities,

there are no abilities there.

Ludwig Feuerbach

Children's games are not games at all, and it is more correct to look at them as the most

a significant and thoughtful occupation of this age.

M. Montaigne

The world has entered the third millennium. How will people meet it, what will our country be like in it? The 21st century will require not only educated, but also spiritually developed individuals capable of self-development.

Currently, society has realized the need to implement the cultural goals of education, focused on the individual and his self-development in specific pedagogical systems, including summer health camps. Summer holidays make up a significant part of schoolchildren's annual free time, but not all parents can provide their child with a full-fledged, properly organized vacation.

During the summer holidays, the tension accumulated over the year is released, expended energy and health are restored, and creative potential is developed.

Well, where else can a schoolchild feel liberated, free, independent if not during the summer holidays, on school playgrounds, in camps?! Here you don’t have to be afraid that they will call you to the board, give you a bad mark again, demand a diary, and then at home - a parental showdown. These functions are performed summer camp with day care for children.

Indeed, nowhere does a child reveal himself as much as in games. Here, in addition to satisfying personal interests, the child, without knowing it, develops his physical and moral qualities, learns to be friends, empathize, go to help without looking back, learn to win and lose. You just need to set it up correctly, don’t push it away, don’t turn away from it as unpromising.

Summer school camp helps students use the summer vacation period to improve health, develop physical strength, enrich knowledge and new experiences.

This program in its focus is sports and recreational, i.e. it includes sports activities aimed at improving the health, recreation and education of children in a health camp.

The duration of the program is short-term, i.e. it is implemented during a camp shift - 18 days. The program is implemented during the summer holidays in June - July.

The total number of participants per shift is 90 people.

The main composition of the camp is students of an educational institution aged 8–11 years. When picking Special attention is given to children from low-income, single-parent families, disabled children, orphans, as well as children in difficult life situations. The activities of pupils during the camp shift are carried out in several detachments.

The program was developed taking into account the following legislative and regulatory documents:

– UN Convention on the Rights of the Child;

– the Constitution of the Russian Federation;

– Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”;

– Federal Law “On Basic Guarantees of the Rights of the Child in Russian Federation" dated July 24, 1998 No. 124-F3;

– Labor Code of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2001 No. 197-F3;

– Federal Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights and the RSFSR Code “On Administrative Violations” dated 01/09/96 No. 2-FZ;

– On the establishment of a procedure for conducting shifts of specialized camps, with day stays, labor and recreation camps. Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated July 13, 2001 No. 2688.

PROGRAM CONCEPT

Health is a fundamental component of all human life and activity. Having a strong body from birth, improving your physical, creative and moral potential, you can achieve great success. Modern man cannot be considered cultural without mastering the basics of physical culture, since it is an integral part of general culture. Even great philosophers - Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and others in their works noted the unique possibilities of sports activities in the education of a comprehensively developed personality.

The main activities of the day camp are aimed at developing the child’s personality and including him in a variety of human relationships and interpersonal communication with peers.

Physical education is closely related to moral, labor, mental, aesthetic education, teaches oneself to discipline oneself, develops a strong character, teaches one to strictly follow the norms and rules of sports ethics, respect one’s opponent and judges, develops the ability to fight to victory, not to show envy of winners, not to get lost in case of defeats, sincerely rejoice in the victories of fellow fighters. Sports activities various types help to strengthen the will, teach you to achieve success, improve your skills in certain types sports.

The concept of a “healthy lifestyle” must be laid down in childhood. While in a day camp, children are daily involved in the healing process, which is characterized by: an orderly rhythm of life, diet, hardening, support for muscle and emotional tone. The result of the implementation of the wellness direction is the formation of the need for a healthy lifestyle. Leisure activities are aimed at involving children in activities with the subsequent identification of their inclinations and abilities.

The development of this program was caused by:

Increased demand of parents and children for organized recreation for schoolchildren;

Ensuring continuity in the work of summer health camps with daytime stay for children of previous years;

The need to use the rich creative potential of children and teachers in realizing the goals and objectives of the program.

Summer vacation is not just a cessation of a child’s educational activities. This is an active time for his socialization and continued education. That is why ensuring the employment of schoolchildren during the summer holidays is a priority direction of state policy in the field of education of children and adolescents.

The leading values in the organization of recreation and employment for children and adolescents in the summer are:

1) physical improvement of children;

2) maintaining and strengthening the emotional and psychological health of pupils.

The program is based on the following principles:

1.Principles of differentiation and integration of various forms of health-improving and educational work.

2. The principle of conformity with nature - taking into account age characteristics and individual needs when determining the forms of summer recreation.

3. The principle of success and support is the creation of conditions of voluntariness and choice - providing the child with the opportunity to choose a form of summer recreation and employment, based on his personal needs and interests, in accordance with his own desires.

4. The principle of maximizing resources means that during the preparation and implementation of the program, all possibilities (material and technical, personnel, financial, psychological and pedagogical, etc.) will be used for the most successful (optimal solution of the assigned tasks).

Explanatory note.

Currently, society has realized the need to implement the cultural goals of education, focused on the individual and his self-development in specific pedagogical systems, including summer health camps. Summer holidays make up a significant part of students' annual free time, but not all parents can provide their child with a full-fledged, properly organized vacation.

It has long been known that during the summer holidays, the tension accumulated over the year is released, spent energy and health are restored, and creative potential is developed. These functions are performed by a summer camp with daytime stay for children. A few months before the start of the camp, a large preparatory work

(cm. Annex 1 ).

The development of this program for organizing holiday recreation, health improvement and employment for children was caused by:

    increased demand from parents and children for organized recreation for schoolchildren;

    the need to streamline the existing system of long-term planning;

    ensuring continuity in the work of the camp of previous years;

    modernization of old forms of work and introduction of new ones;

    the need to use the rich creative potential of adolescents and teachers in realizing the goals and objectives of the program.

This program's focus is is complex, i.e. it includes diverse activities, combines various areas of health improvement, recreation and education of children in a health camp. The duration of the program is short-term, i.e. it is implemented during the summer health campaign. The camp unites six teams, which are attended by children aged 7 - 17 years.

Main composition of the camp - These are school students. When recruiting, special attention is paid to children from low-income, single-parent, large families with retired parents, as well as children in difficult life situations. The activities of pupils during the camp shift are carried out in groups of 22 people of different ages.

The program was developed taking into account the following legislative and regulatory documents:

    UN Convention on the Rights of the Child;

    Constitution of the Russian Federation;

    Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”;

    Federal Law “On Basic Guarantees of the Rights of the Child in the Russian Federation” dated July 24, 1998 No. 24-F3;

    Labor Code of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2001 No. 197-FZ;

    On the establishment of a procedure for conducting shifts of specialized camps, with day stays, labor and recreation camps. Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated July 13, 2001 No. 2688;

    Procedure for day shifts. Appendix No. 1 to the order of the Main Directorate of Education No. 368 dated December 21, 2001;

    Hygienic requirements for the design, maintenance and organization of the regime in health institutions with daytime stay for children during the holidays. Sanitary and epidemiological rules SP 2.4.4.969-00 dated February 2, 2001.

The camp has been created on a permanent basis since 2005 and operates during the summer school holidays.The camp was created in order to create conditions for strengthening the health of children, developing their intellectual abilities, hygienic and physical education; implementation of medical and preventive, sports, educational, cultural and leisure programs and services that ensure restoration of strength, creative self-realization, moral, civic, patriotic, environmental education of children.

Program concept.

Russia entered the third millennium, having in reserve both undoubted achievements in science and art, as well as problems in various fields public life(polluted environment, chronic diseases etc.). The truth is that only a healthy person with good health, psychological stability, and high morality is able to live actively, successfully overcoming various difficulties and achieving success in any activity. Therefore, parents and teachers are concerned about raising a healthy, physically strong child and developing his creative abilities.

The leading criterion for the effectiveness and usefulness of a program can, without a doubt, be considered its focus on the development of children, that is, the greater opportunities for the development of the child the program provides, the better it is.

Like any other, the summer holiday program, with its objective side, is addressed to the social need for the implementation of medium-term projects in education, and with its subjective side - to satisfy the natural need of the individual for self-realization. Only at the intersection of these two processes can a program be born as a documentary reflection of the creative refraction of certain social and pedagogical trends.

The teaching staff attaches great importance to the development of children's creative potential. Teachers at our school unanimously believe that in the absence of targeted pedagogical influence on the development of creative abilities, their extinction occurs.

However, an analysis of the health of camp students shows that many of them have various diseases. The most common of them are: scoliosis, poor posture, impaired vision, etc. It has been proven that if a child is sick, he cannot devote all his energy to creation, to overcoming tasks associated with creative activity. It is also necessary to take into account that health status is influenced by factors such as the social environment. Many camp students live in single-parent families, some of them have retired parents. In half of single-parent families, income is only the subsistence minimum. Hence the poor, irrational diet and limited opportunities for children’s health.

The concept of a “healthy lifestyle” must be laid down in childhood. According to surveys of children, the parents of many of them seek salvation in medications, underestimating the power of the effect on the body and the effectiveness of such factors as physical activity, hardening, the basics of massage, etc.

According to the survey results, 78% of children believe that they lead a healthy lifestyle, the rest do not attach much importance to this issue. However, all pupils believe that health is important for the future generation. Taking into account all of the above, the teaching staff of the summer health camp sets itself the following goals and objectives:

Goals and objectives identified in the main areas of educational work when organizing summer holidays for schoolchildren:

Culture

Acquaintance with the culture of the native country and the country of the language being studied. Fostering responsibility for well-being, safety and joy of life.

Health

Tasks:

    introduce children to a variety of social experiences, create a style of relationships of genuine cooperation, community, and co-creation in the camp;
